  • We’ll add at least one new design to our collection every month. Subscribe to our monthly newsletter to receive updates about upcoming drops and other information that may uplift you and/or your community.

  • Our processing and shipping time is approximately 5 - 7 days. We kindly ask for your patience so we can thoroughly review and process each order to ensure you receive high quality apparel. Additionally, our processing and shipping time allows us to overcome any supply chain issues with minimal impact to you.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer Priority and Standard Shipping options. If you select Priority Shipping during checkout, you can expect to receive your order in 1 - 3 days. If you select Standard Shipping, you can expect to receive your order in 3 - 5 days. Of note, delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii typically take two additional days. Please keep in mind that shipping delays beyond our control may occur. In these instances we will do our best to provide prompt and accurate delivery updates.

  • At Sawubona Life, we take immense pride in the quality of our conscious apparel. Each item undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure it meets our high standards before it ever reaches your door. Because of this dedication to excellence, defective merchandise is a very rare occurrence.

    Defective Merchandise & Oversights

    In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a defect due to our oversight, we will provide a replacement of the same style, size, and color at no additional cost to you. Please note that we are not responsible for mishaps or damages caused by shipping facilities or transit handling.

    Size Exchanges

    We want you to feel as good as you look in our designs. All of our tees are True-To-Size! If you find that you need a different size, we do grant exchanges. However, we highly suggest that you double check with our size chart before placing your order. To be eligible for an exchange:

    * The original item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

    * It must be returned in its original packaging.

    * Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with both returning the item for an exchange, and the new item to be shipped.

    To initiate a return for a defective item or a size exchange, please reach out to us through our Contact Page so we can assist you personally.

  • Each t-shirt is packaged with its own washing instructions card. Please adhere to the instructions to ensure you do not ruin your t-shirt(s). Below are the washing and care instructions in case you misplaced the washing instructions card:
    Wash INSIDE OUT; Machine wash in COLD WATER; DO NOT bleach; DO NOT dry clean; Tumble dry on LOW HEAT; and ALWAYS WASH white and colored t-shirts SEPERATELY.

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. Additionally, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories including, but not limited to, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. As we grow our business and communities, we will reevaluate this policy.

  • Yes, our site uses the latest encryption technology. Our payment methods and shopping carts are secured with an SSL (secured sockets layer) certificate from Squarespace. Every page on our entire site is a secure HTTPS page.

  • We accept popular payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and alternative payment methods like Afterpay and Klarna.
